Templestowe has got that certain mixture of the salubrious and the bucolic that makes it quite the oddity of the eastern suburbs.
With it's sprawling mansions and large blocks, wetlands and orchards, The Yarra and Westerfolds Park.
You've kangaroos in the top paddock (which some people also say applies to me).
You've got Petty's Orchards and there are riding schools, agistments, alpacas and an abundance of room.
What a marvellous place to live. What a marvellous map to hang on your wall to celebrate how marvellous it is to live there.
